Inbox

Our inbox feature is now live! This feature enables users to send freeform messages to workspace members, and approve payments directly from within a message. The inbox can also be configured to enable notifications as payments and other requests are approved. Please look for more enhancements down the line as we expand the capabilities of this feature to enable a collaborative banking operations workspace.

User and Role Management

Numerous enhancements were made to user and role management. Administrators can now invite new users and edit or remove existing users. If the user is new to Talon, they will be prompted to set up a user account and select their authentication preferences. If the user is an existing Talon user, but not yet enabled for a given workspace, the invited user will simply be enabled for the workspace.

Role management is now also fully enabled. All administrators and super users now have the ability to create and assign custom roles to users of a workspace. Roles can be customized with daily and weekly transaction limits.

Counterparty Management

Enhancements have been made for counterparty management, enabling users to safely store payment instructions for recurring counterparties. Instruction verification is enabled as well, which provide users with the ability to log verifications, whether performed by phone or email.

In order to facilitate the entering of address information, we have integrated the Google Address Validation API, which will save you time when entering new counterparty or entity addresses.
